EC$5,180 Drawings and Cost Estimate
Floor Area 1,853 sqft
Stories 1 | Bedrooms 3 | Bathrooms 2
Exterior Dimensions 42′ x 46′
Family Spread: This house plan offers a master suite complete with a walk in closet, a full bath and its own private deck. There are two identical kids’ rooms with a Jack and Jill bath.
There is no physical division between the living and dining spaces.
The open floor design continues into the kitchen which is ‘U’ shaped and is separated from the living and dining areas by only the bar / breakfast counter. At the exit of the kitchen it opens out onto a neat little platform, ideal for a laundry deck.
Caribbean Charisma: The Campeche is straight from the ‘window in every wall’ school of architecture and its large triple casement windows definitely ensure that there is no lack of natural light in the interior.
This single story design includes a large entry porch that’s perfect for accommodating rocking chairs or hammocks, and will certainly charm the island life enthusiast. All of this occupies just about 1.900 sq ft of floor space.
Chataigner house plan
EC$3,585 Drawings and Cost Estimate
Floor Area 1,280sqft
Stories 1 | Bedrooms 2 | Bathrooms 2
Exterior Dimensions 41′ x 31′
Space Configuration: The Chataignier is a cozy single-storey, two-bedroom design which includes a master bedroom and bathroom.
The open Living, Kitchen and Dining rooms flow into each other forming an ‘L’ around a 15′ x 8′ deck. The design incorporates these comfortably on as little as 1,280 square feet of floor area.
Features: The Master Bedroom boasts an en-suite bath and a walk-in closet of roughly 6′ x 10′. Positioned on one corner of the building, it has its own small back porch to take advantage of an available view.
The architecture applied to the exterior finishes lends to a mixed traditional Caribbean style, with particular use of Metal Roofing and Timber cladding on the exterior walls. As with all our other designs, the Chataignier is structurally optimized to withstand typical storm and seismic loads in the Caribbean.
