LAUNCH OF RE/MAX MILLENIA WEBSITE

An interactive website for RE/MAX Millenia Realty developed by Image Area was launched on July 9, 2010. It is an interactive and user-centered website that allows users to see the latest properties advertised in Dominica plus topical news items in real estate concerning the industry in Dominica plus any interesting activities that RE/MAX Millenia Realty is doing to service the needs of the market in Dominica. We recognize that only by bringing the user in to the development process can the utility of the website be maximized.

RE/MAX ONCE AGAIN OUTPERFORMS THEIR COMPETITION

Recently, RE/MAX agents once again outperformed the competition in the 2010 U.S. REAL Trends 500 survey. RE/MAX brokerages held 122 spots, or 24%, on the list of 500 positions, more than any other national brand. RE/MAX also led the rankings in total transaction sides and sales volume, according to the report's top 500 rankings based on transaction sides. In the participating offices, RE/MAX agents averaged 20.65 transaction sides, roughly 42% higher than the next closest competitor.
